We are an independent company specialised in rugby equipment and clothing.

How can I order?

You can order by clicking the articles on our site. You will be asked to choose the right colour and size. Everything will be added automatically to your virtual basket. Then click the button “Order”.

Why do I need to create an account?

You need to create an account for different reasons. First of all, this is for your comfort. You won’t need to fill in your credentials every time you order something. Second, this way it is easy for us to recognize the customer. Your personal information stays in our database and will never be released to third parties.

How can I change my profile?

You can change your profile by logging on and click “My profile” and then “Edit”.

How can I pay?

We offer you the possibility to pay by transfer (bank transfer or wired transfer), by PayPal, by COD or cash on pick up.

How is my parcel sent?

Everything is packed and sent in firm cardboard boxes or special envelopes.

When will my goods be delivered?

Your parcel will be sent once we have received your proof of payment. It should be delivered within 5 days. You will receive a code to track your parcel.

What are the shipping costs?

All goods are weighed and sent by “De Post”. We apply their rates. Large parcels are sent by a carrier or can be picked up.

What if my goods aren’t the right size?

You can return your goods within seven days. This will be at your charge and the goods need to be in a perfect state.
